Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to own and drive ClickBank VSL product launches end-to-end. This role is not just about coordination — it’s about leadership, execution, and accountability. You will be expected to take a sales letter script and a video, along with reference examples of pages and funnels, and independently turn them into a complete, ready-to-launch ClickBank funnel.

This means handling everything — from funnel build-out, integrations, and approvals to outsourcing design/coding tasks and ensuring every launch is delivered on time, at a high standard, and with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Take provided scripts, videos, and funnel references and turn them into fully live ClickBank funnels.
Manage the entire launch lifecycle: domain purchase, funnel setup, design, coding, widgets, integrations, testing, and ClickBank product approval.
Lead and coordinate outsourced or freelance specialists (copywriters, designers, developers, support).
Ensure fast, high-quality execution with minimal guidance.
Research, benchmark, and implement best practices from top-performing ClickBank launches.
Set up and manage email/SMS automation, upsells, abandoned cart flows, and customer support processes.
Deliver multiple launches efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, affiliate, or direct-response launches.
Strong track record with ClickBank or similar platforms (JVZoo, Digistore24, WarriorPlus).
Ability to independently handle the end-to-end funnel setup process.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; thrives without constant supervision.
Experience coordinating and managing freelancers for design, coding, and technical tasks.
Familiarity with funnel automation tools (ClickFunnels, Kartra, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Open only to candidates with Ukrainian citizenship.
