Our client- EOS SAR is building a new constellation of satellites equipped with interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR). The team is working on the development of radar satellites, an advanced LDA antenna, and the launch of a 12-satellite EOS SAR constellation. These small satellites can transmit and receive electromagnetic waves, enabling imaging through clouds, sandstorms, and even the upper soil layers — providing reliable, high-resolution data in any weather, day or night.
EOS SAR is looking for an experienced Project Manager (in Warsaw)!
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the deployable antenna project.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and milestones; ensure adherence to timeline.
- Coordinate cross-functional team (engineering, manufacturing, testing).
- Manage communication with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace project management standards (ECSS-M, NASA SE).
- Oversee documentation, progress reporting, and design reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering and Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or experience in management.
- 5–7+ years of project management experience in aerospace or hardware development.
- Knowledge of deployable structures/antennas preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with ECSS or NASA project lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
