Rock&Apps is looking for ambitious Junior Media Buyer🚀

We build over 20 apps every quarter! This means you’ll constantly have opportunities to sharpen your skills, learn new things, and grow your career — all in a supportive environment with minimal bureaucracy.

Location: Warsaw. Office / Hybrid

Format: Full-time

Seniority: Junior (It doesn’t matter if you have prior experience — what matters is your willingness to learn and work)

What you’ll do

• Daily cost management.

• Technical setup of applications (tracker/Google account/etc.).

• Checking app rankings by keywords and Google search results at the buyer’s request.

• Launching/relaunching/cloning campaigns/ad sets upon the buyer’s request.

• Writing appeals for accounts and tracking unbans.

• Submitting tasks to other departments and monitoring their execution (requests/offer updates/ASO promotion).

• Daily tasks delegated by the buyer-curator.

What we’re looking for

• Understanding of the basic principles and terminology of performance marketing.
• You are already confident that you have chosen this direction and want to grow in it.

• Attention to details.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional teams.
• Higher education in Marketing, IT, or related fields (would be a plus).
