Sales Manager / Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for Cloud solutions across the EMEA and CEE regions.

🔷  Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in selling SaaS solutions;

- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Polish or Czech is a plus;

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities;

- Proficient in managing CRM systems (Hubspot) and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.

- Experience with active outbound lead generation.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in expanding new markets with outbound activities;

- Sales or technical certifications related to Cloud Solutions are advantageous.

🔷 Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Cloud solutions, targeting mostly enterprise clients within the Cloud Markets across EMEA and CEE;

- Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Europe, focusing on the strategic benefits of adopting Cloud Solutions;

- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth;

- Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments, leveraging Cloud Solutions to improve client outcomes;

- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.

The position requires active outbound sales (around 50% of responsibilities) while the remaining 50% will be working with qualified leads provided by the BDR team.
