We are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to join a performance-driven AI product.
The product already operates in production and uses AI to generate and launch advertising campaigns across international markets. While the technical automation is in place, the system’s performance depends heavily on strategy — defining which ideas, angles, and messages are worth scaling.
This role focuses on shaping that creative logic and helping an AI system consistently produce high-performing outputs instead of average ones.
- Define and test creative approaches and hypotheses
- Design and iterate prompt logic used by AI systems
- Analyze campaign performance to identify effective creative patterns
- Structure creative insights into reusable frameworks
- Monitor market and competitor activity to inform creative decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising (performance, growth, or paid media roles)
- Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI / ROMI)
- Experience using AI tools in a professional context
- Ability to work with data to validate creative decisions
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
