- Design, build, and maintain automated test solutions using TypeScript and Playwright
- Set up and improve test automation frameworks and support their further scaling
- Launch, configure, and maintain QA processes in CircleCI
- Work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and the client team to ensure quality standards are met across the SDLC
- Provide a strong QA voice in discussions and help shape best practices for testing on the project
- Act as a trusted expert for the client, clearly communicating testing approach, risks, and recommendations
- Use AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency in testing, documentation, analysis, and automation activities
- Strong hands-on experience in both manual QA and test automation
- Commercial experience with TypeScript and Playwright
- Experience with testing modern web applications
- Solid understanding of the full QA process: requirements analysis, test design, test execution, defect management, and reporting
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation
- Experience setting up or improving automation frameworks from scratch or in evolving projects
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, including launching and maintaining QA processes in CircleCI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present QA recommendations and expert opinions to the client

- Ability to work independently in a lean team environment and prioritize effectively
- Practical experience using AI tools to support daily QA activities
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have

- Familiarity with ReactJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Experience working on projects with small cross-functional teams
- Understanding of API testing and integration testing
- Experience improving QA processes on projects without an established testing culture
- Opportunity to take real ownership of QA setup and influence product quality at both project and client communication levels
- A meaningful domain where technology helps build better digital health solutions
- Lean and collaborative team environment with direct impact on decisions and delivery
