What you will be doing:
- Identifying and managing business requirements by working closely with internal business stakeholdersand translating them into technical and functional requirements;
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, providing feedback onsystem functionality, usability, and performance.
- Working alongside a varied set of technology and business stakeholders, you define and document newbusiness, user, and system requirements
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and businessacceptance
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and meet alltechnical requirements
- Organizing workshops/meetings with the participation of businesses to prioritize and package demands
You certainly:
- Have 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar functional field supporting complex information technology systems- Have experience in analyzing data to draw business
-relevant conclusions and in data visualizationtechniques and tools- Have analytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex andambiguous concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced development steps
- Have problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to get to the root of an issue. Using a critical mindsetand a creative approach to designing innovative and effective solutions to new and existing problems
- Have a capacity to accurately assess and understand the impact of change- Have conflict resolution and negotiation skills- Have excellent oral and written communication skills with a penchant for asking important and relevantquestions
- Have interpersonal skills, not only to work with colleagues but also to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Have a natural curiosity to figure out and learn how things work
- Are technically oriented and have a strong attention to detail. You must understand the product andbusiness logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter

- Know English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
- Already located in the EU or Ukraine and can legally travel abroad if needed
You probably:
- Have prior experience in the travel industry working on shopping and booking web, mobile, or APItechnology
- Have prior experience in business travel products dealing with content fragmentation and the complexities of multi-source shopping and booking (e.g. GDS, aggregators, and direct connects)
- Have added requirements to JIRA tickets and used Postman to work with an API
- Have recently popped open Chrome developer tools to look deeper into a UI problem

Every day, thousands of business travelers across the world use our software built on modern technology.
