Are you a proactive and experienced Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment process independently? We are looking for someone like you!

We are searching for a Senior Recruiter who is ready to take full ownership of our hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers, lead interviews, improve recruiting processes, and bring great talent to our team.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience  in Recruitment (outsource/recruitment agencies);
  • Good knowledge of ATS systems;
  • Experience working with recruitment metrics and analytics: the ability to collect and analyze data, form conclusions and propose solutions based on data;
  • English level B2;
  • Experience using different interview techniques;
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in candidate evaluation, reporting, and communication.

Your responsibilities:

  • Run interviews using different methods to understand candidates better.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job needs and plan the hiring process.
  • Set and track basic hiring metrics to make sure the process works well.
  • Keep recruitment data in the ATS (PeopleForce) clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • Notice problems in the hiring process and suggest improvements to make hiring faster and more effective.

  • Bar raising interview (optional);
  • Pre-offer stage + reference check;
  • Offer.
