We are looking for a Senior Executive Product Owner to work directly with our founders on high-priority strategic initiatives across platforms, content, AI, automation, operations, and monetization. This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused on backlog management, sprint ceremonies, or stakeholder coordination. Instead, this role is centered around researching opportunities, validating ideas, building systems, launching initiatives, and driving execution from concept to reality.

The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, execution-oriented, AI-native, and comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with minimal bureaucracy and maximum ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from initial idea through implementation and launch
• Translate broad business concepts into structured execution plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Research and evaluate new platforms, software, tools, technologies, and business models
• Build and test MVPs, prototypes, and operational workflows to validate ideas before scaling
• Analyze market opportunities, new niches, monetization strategies, and product-market fit
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows across content creation, research, automation, and operations
• Continuously explore new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scalability
• Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and contractors when additional expertise is required
• Create clear documentation, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks that can be adopted by internal teams
• Maintain a high standard of execution and quality across all assigned projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or other execution-focused roles
• Proven experience taking projects from concept to launch with a high degree of personal ownership
• Strong ability to work with ambiguity and independently drive initiatives forward
• Experience researching and evaluating new products, platforms, markets, or business opportunities
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar as part of daily workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, or freelancers
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1+)
• Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and resourcefulness

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
• Background in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, SaaS, media, or digital products
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or leadership teams
• Experience building internal operational systems or scalable workflows
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools
• Technical literacy and ability to work closely with product, engineering, or automation teams
