We're looking for a Legal Counsel to support our business across commercial, corporate, employment, and IP matters. In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, helping ensure legal compliance while enabling business growth in an international environment.About us:Stape is a global product-driven IT company and the #1 leader in the server-side tracking market. Your background:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, particularly within an international market.
Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements.
Experience in developing legal policies and documentation for digital products.
Experience with legal frameworks and regulations within EU and US jurisdictions.
Background in intellectual property registration, patents, trademarks is advantageous.
Fluent in English, both written and oral, with knowledge of Legal English.

Key tasks:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, collaborating with external legal firms.
Maintain and update the legal registry, ensuring compliance. Develop legal policies such as Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for products.
Assist with the legal aspects of corporate structuring, reorganizations, and tax-efficient planning, working collaboratively with external advisors.
Provide internal legal consulting to support business initiatives and integrate legal considerations into processes.
Assist with intellectual property registration, protection, licensing, patents, and trademarks relevant to the business interests.
Advise on employment contracts, HR policies, terminations, and other employment-related legal issues.
Ensure that legal documentation is well-organised and securely stored in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters.
