Audio-Visual Engineer

Role Overview

DEKOM Ukraine, part of a global international company specializing in audio-visual technologies and systems integration, is looking for an Audio-Visual Engineer to work with clients across US and Ukraine.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, installing, and maintaining modern audio-visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement audio-visual solutions for corporate and educational environments.
• Configure and integrate audio and video equipment in line with project specifications and requirements.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs and recommend appropriate AV solutions.
• Train end users and prepare technical documentation and system specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Audio-Visual Engineering or AV Integration role.
• Strong knowledge of modern audio-visual systems and technologies, including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, and Cisco.
• Experience with AV-over-IP technologies, architectures, and protocols.
• Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork and client-facing communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate in a professional environment.
