Boosta used to be my dream company — and as I’m about to celebrate my first work anniversary here, it feels like the perfect time to share my experience!

First of all, I can’t help but mention the amazing interview experience with recruiter Kateryna Kravchenko. It was probably the most pleasant and comfortable conversation I had throughout my entire job search journey.

I’d also like to highlight the onboarding process: everything was clear, well-structured, and organized, with continuous support from both HR and my manager. I genuinely felt their willingness to help me navigate every process, and that’s incredibly valuable, especially when you’re just starting out.
