I’ve been working at EPC Network as Head of PR for almost six months now, and so far, I’ve had a very positive experience with the company.

What I like most is that you can actually bring your ideas to life here. If you want to launch a new initiative or direction, you can discuss it and move to implementation pretty quickly.

I also really enjoy working with the people here. The company has many professionals with solid experience in their fields. As a PR professional, I find this especially interesting because my role involves talking to people across different areas of the company, interviewing them, learning about their work and expertise, and finding topics for media, events, and partnerships. Almost every conversation teaches me something new.

I also genuinely like the industry EPC operates in: digital marketing with a strong focus on the US market. When I talk to new companies, partners, or event organizers and explain in more detail how EPC works, I often see genuine interest in what we do.

The company also supports professional development. If you need a course, an industry event, a conference, or membership in a professional community for your work, you can suggest it and discuss it. You can also initiate an internal educational event yourself if you see that it could be useful for the team.

Another big plus for me is the number of internal activities. It’s definitely not a company where team building means one corporate event a year. Team activities happen regularly. So far, there have been trips to climb Hoverla, quad biking, yacht trips, a rope park, yoga, paddleboarding, excursions, and various workshops.

Overall, I like that at EPC I can work with strong professionals, bring my ideas to life, keep learning new things, and see the results of my work. For me, it’s the kind of company where I want to keep growing and developing.

Over the past six months working as an HR professional in the company, I have developed a very positive impression of it. The company offers a comfortable working environment, a strong team, and a culture that values initiative, growth, and the drive to achieve results.

What I particularly appreciate is that HR here is not just an administrative function. In this company, HR is a true business partner that can influence the development of processes, teams, and employees. There is an opportunity to bring ideas to life, participate in important changes, and see the real impact of your work.

I would also like to highlight the role of the Head of HR in my professional growth. Under her guidance, I have significantly strengthened my technical skills and gained experience working with process automation and AI tools, which have become an essential part of modern HR. This has helped me expand my expertise and view the profession from a new perspective.

Another aspect I truly value is the company’s commitment to employee learning and development. Employees are encouraged to attend courses, training programs, conferences, and professional events. Within my first six months, I already had the opportunity to attend an industry-related event sponsored by the company, which became a valuable experience for my professional growth.
