Hi DOU! I'd like to share my impressions of working at Solidgate.

The hiring process itself was a great first impression. Special thanks to my recruiter Daryna, who guided me throughout - always available, clear about every next step, and genuinely supportive. It made the whole experience smooth and transparent.

The onboarding kept that same standard: structured but not overwhelming, with clear ownership from day one and easy access to the people I needed across teams.

What I value most is the real product ownership: you drive initiatives end-to-end and own the decisions, rather than just executing a backlog. The fintech domain is genuinely complex and keeps you learning, the engineering culture is strong, and processes like performance/probation reviews are transparent and fair.

A good fit if you want to own a product in a serious domain, not just close tickets.

Hey everyone! I want to share my hiring experience at Solidgate — and I'll say it upfront: it exceeded my expectations.

The process had four stages: a call with the recruiter, a test task, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final bar-raising with the CEO. Sounds intense — but it actually flows comfortably.

I want to give a special shoutout to my recruiter Alina 💚 She was by my side at every single step: gave me tips, answered all my questions, and always kept me in the loop. Because of her, I never felt lost or uncertain throughout the process.

The test task was the real deal — substantial, but relevant. It was directly tied to my niche and genuinely reflected how you think and what you can do.

I joined the team and I haven't regretted it once. Solidgate takes care of you: all tools and subscriptions are covered, the Warsaw office is cozy and welcoming, and daily lunches and breakfasts are a small but genuinely appreciated touch.

Most importantly — this is a place where you can actually grow. Learning happens constantly here, and development isn't just a slogan — it's part of everyday work.
