Swarmer is a Ukrainian defense technology company building AI-powered coordination software for unmanned systems. We don’t manufacture drones. We build the intelligence layer that enables them to operate together reliably in contested environments.

Our software was born from necessity and tested on the battlefield. Since its first deployment in 2024, Swarmer software has supported more than 100,000 real-world missions in Ukraine, one of the most demanding electronic warfare environments in the world.

In March 2026, Swarmer became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public, with an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange. Share prices soared 520% our first day on the market, peaking at 8x our initial price. 

Before our IPO, we closed a $15 million Series A funding round, the largest investment in a Ukrainian defense technology company since the beginning of the war. 

These milestones reflect the trust built on our proven technology and results.

Today, we are growing our engineering and product teams in Kyiv while expanding our presence in Poland and the United States. We are building a global product with its heart in Ukraine, grounded in real operational experience and designed for multi-domain, vendor-agnostic integration.
