We are looking for a Finance Manager. In this position, you will become part of our operational finance team and take on turnkey management of both internal financial and cross-team projects.

As this role is based in our office in Warsaw, Poland, the company will help with the relocation process.

Challenges you’ll meet:

Participating in internal financial and cross-team projects (such as starting operational activities for legal entities in new jurisdictions, building and automating processes, developing internal policies and procedures, launching new products and projects)
Participating in resolving issues with financing and payments of operational activities (close interaction with the administrative, accounting, treasury, tax, and legal teams)
Ad hoc tasks and management requests

Your professional qualities:

5+ years of work experience in a Big4 company or systemic Ukrainian/international company in a related area of responsibility
Deep understanding of accounting and reporting principles
Experience in managing cross-team projects
Advanced English level

Nice to have:

ACCA or other similar certificate
Experience with international financing and basic taxes
Experience working in a dynamic environment
