Your responsibilities
- Organization of a full cycle insurance process for foreign customers.
- Serving clients (billing, updating the outpost holder, making additional insurance changes and transport changes).
- Answering to clients on how to cover or invoice bills, including information about the change in tariffs, policies etc.
- Working with tables and constant change monitoring.
- Calls to potential clients.
- Processing the necessary documentation for the completion of the sale.
- Constant learning in this field and advanced training.
This vacancy is for you if you are brilliant at English, punctual, organized, you can easily switch between tasks, you have good communication skills, and can also control yourself in stressful situations. Experience in sales will be a great advantage.
Attention! The working schedule corresponds to the American time zone (14:00 — 23:00 and 15:00 — 00:00), the interview is held in the English language.
