What is the role in a nutshell:

Since 2019, Homsters runs a transactional business model, nurturing the buyer leads all the way to the purchase in the primary market. Today, we are scaling this business line from the initial market to new locations. This unit requires a leader, someone who can unify our knowledge and help scale it internationally.

 

What you will do :

  • Take responsibility for the P&L of the transactional business line 
  • Mentor the B2C sales team in the core location, helping them improve their daily processes
  • Communicate our experience to partners in other Ringier markets 
  • Cooperate with the product & tech teams to improve our systems related to the transactional business
  • Document our know-how into the knowledge base.

Where you will be located:

  • Anywhere you want, but you have to be available during working hours in CET/EET time zones.


What’s important to qualify:

  • You need to have hands-on experience with B2C sales in a leadership role
  • You need to have hands-on experience with CRM systems 
  • You need to have experience in creating and improving the processes 
  • You need to have an advanced level of English to communicate with our partners in different countries, as well as our shareholders 
  • You need to know Russian to be able to communicate with our team in Kazakhstan
  • Real estate experience would be a plus 
  • Experience in online marketplaces would be a plus
