Project Manager

We seek an Industrialization Project Manager to follow-up and deliver Industrialization projects or subprojects with high complexity and/or several related projects for a major delivery according to agreed scope, budget, time plan and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare long term maintenance & repair budgets for different types of equipment
Provide technical know-how and leadership to the development team during design, development, testing, and validation of software
Perform necessary trade-offs (cost, serviceability, manufacturability) of several design options as needed and select a design
Manage and resolve technical and programmatic development conflicts among stakeholders impacting the software development team
Create through collaboration design documentation as required to document designs for review and future software support
Provide day to day technical guidance for team members as needed
Work closely with quality assurance resources to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and closed
Participate in team meetings to communicate software development status
Communicating directly with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors

Requirements

You have experience in:

Conducting and documenting meetings with all stakeholders
Developing Scopes of Work, Schedules, and Site Specific Safety Plans
Creating bid documents and conducting bidding of subcontractors and vendors
Qualifying bids, negotiating, selecting, and awarding subcontracts and equipment orders
Coordinating construction activities with clients and subcontractors
Inspecting project sites daily to assure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
