L3 Support Engineer (on site in Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a Senior L3 Support Engineer who is ready to work on-site in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). 

The ecosystem of e-government products. Electronic cabinets with a set of electronic services that allow both citizens and ex-pats to communicate effectively with the state. Hundreds of people use these products every minute and the number of users is only growing. 

Your impact

• Investigation and troubleshooting, SRE
• Help our L2 Support Engineers to handle more complex issues.
• “Tuning” of our complex system
• Resolve bottlenecks, suggest productivity improvements

We are looking for someone who has

• 4+ years of experience in development
• Understanding of Client-Server and microservices architecture
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience covering codebase with tests (RSpec)
• Linux knowledge
• Elastic stack
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ or/and asynchronous communication basics
• English (at least Intermediate level – ability to communicate with clients both in writing and verbally)
• Knowledge of OOP
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Will be a plus

• DevOps knowledge
• Experience in Java, Python or Ruby programming
