Overview of the Role:

Join our innovative team, spearheading new business opportunities. Your expertise will be central in shaping and planning our solutions. You’ll design product technicalities while serving as a bridge between business and technology, proposing solutions that foster our growth. Additionally, you’ll act as a technical guide, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with external partners, aligning technical solutions with their needs, and work closely with internal development teams to ensure high-quality implementations.

Key Deliverables:

• Advocate for an API-first approach in solution design, coaching internal and external development teams.
• Develop technical designs for BNPL solutions in line with our architectural guidelines.
• Partner with the business team to propose technical solutions supporting business growth.
• Collaborate with external partners to define deliverables and review outcomes.
• Support e-commerce platforms by proposing technical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Ensure the right design and quality of implemented solutions through collaboration with internal development teams.
• Demonstrate flexibility and critical thinking in decision-making, considering business implications.
• Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with engineers and architects to develop comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Technical Leader/Solution Architect designing and developing large-scale applications.
• 1+ years of experience with microservices design in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Experience with e-commerce plugins (WooCommerce, Magento, Prestashop, etc.).
• Expertise in modern API architectures and API security.
• Knowledge of integrating 3rd-party services (eCommerce, PSP, POS).
• Proficiency in JVM and NodeJS ecosystems.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., TypeScript or React).
• Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution orientation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
