HR Generalist

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing site based in Poland, Warsaw. This role will work closely with the HR team based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in relevant HR, psychology, or sociology fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in an internal HR department.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing work in Poland.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive under time pressure in a dynamic work environment.
• Spoken and written language proficiency in English, Polish, and Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to both leaders & employees in their work with teams.
• Assist new employees in the adaptation process and familiarize them with the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
• Support the development of a positive organizational culture by promoting company values, professional ethics, and employee engagement.
• Monitor and analyze HR-related indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with external HR service providers to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and provide information and support in problem-solving.
