JDG Accountant

Trinetix is looking for JDG Accountant (Poland). You will join our solid team of professionals that are fully engaged in driving accounting services to our company.

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 2 years in JDG support;
• Knowledge of accounting standards in Poland;
• Knowledge of personnel accounting standards in Poland;
• Valid accountant certificate allowing for reporting for JDG and signing it with Profil zaufany keys;
• Proficiency in Polish language, as well as Ukrainian, or English languages;
• Experience in undergoing JDG audits will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Sole accountant for JDG in Poland (with 2 assistants in Ukraine);
• Maintenance of personnel and accounting records for JDG on Ryczałt (IT sector), quantity of 100+;
• Assistance with JDG registration in CEIDG in non-standard situations, registration with tax authorities and ZUS, closure/suspension of JDG activities;
• JDG registration in VAT;
• Monthly submission of reports on personnel and VAT (no employees);
• Monthly calculation of taxes (Ryczałt) and ZUS with provision of payment slips with details for payment;
• Submission of annual JDG tax and ZUS reports (with ZUS recalculations if necessary);
• Preparation of certificates and necessary documents upon request for JDG;
• Monitoring JDG debts to government agencies;
• Communication between JDG and government agencies, preparation of written responses to inquiries;
• Support during JDG audit.
