Affiliate Manager

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate iGaming, preferably in Tier-1 markets;
• Proficiency in analyzing, decision-making, and organizational skills;
• Solid experience with CPA, RS, Hybrid, and other payout models;
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation abilities;
• Established iGaming industry network;
• Skilled in building long-term relationships with key affiliates;
• Understanding of PPC traffic sources.

Your main tasks involve:

• Acquire new affiliates using diverse methods like research, networking, and direct outreach;
• Establish and nurture growth-oriented professional relationships;
• Work closely with other departments for precise traffic value assessment;
• Meet affiliate targets by optimizing existing partnerships and adding new ones;
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current affiliates;
• Manage and plan future budget allocations effectively;
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance; address issues swiftly;
• Provide regular performance reports (weekly and monthly);
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and opportunities.
