Salesforce Implementor/Consultant

💻 Responsibilities:

•  Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud implementation for NHBC. 
• Actively participate in scrum meetings to provide support and updates on project progress. 
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.

⭐ Requirements:

•  Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Service Cloud.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English. 
• Proficiency in technical configuration within the Salesforce platform. (Development knowledge is not required) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

➕ Will be a plus:

•  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
