GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Validation Test Engineer to join our engineering team.

We are seeking passionate and conscientious test engineers to execute the validation activities for the next-generation vehicle controller and software platform, which is integrating new and advanced software functions for cloud connectivity, EDGE processing, thus enabling highly automated driving, EV and advanced connectivity features. Don’t wait, just apply to start your Italian adventure!

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Driving features and relative electronic architecture
• Over 2 years of experience in SIL, HIL or bench testing
• Demonstrated knowledge about CAN and Automotive Ethernet networks, software testing toolsets and languages
• Knowledge of network and diagnostic test protocol and tools (eg. INCA, Canalyzer, Canoe)
• Ability to communicate in English 

Responsibilities:

• Create the test cases for software validation and executing them through local simulations and/or the toolchains
• Identify the requirements that need to be tested (also with a variation of different input parameters)
• Create the logical scenarios to evaluate the requirements
• Write the test cases in Python and debugging and resolve the test issues with the required tools
• Evaluate the new possible pipelines entering the company
• Provide structured feedback to the team lead and supporting the team in resolving the problems for new test cases
