We are seeking a highly skilled Ads Manager / PPC Manager who is adept in managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. This position requires a keen understanding of various advertising platforms, including Performance Max, Regular Shopping, and Dynamic Product Search Ads. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Ads is considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should excel in a dynamic environment, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance continually.

Salary ranges: up to 2800 USD gross

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Implementation: Plan, implement, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to align with strategic goals and maintain budget efficiency.
  • Real-Time Campaign Management: Make immediate adjustments to campaigns as needed, including modifications to targeting, bid strategies, and ad copy to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Research and Testing: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to refine and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Integration: Work closely with SEO and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are well-integrated with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, derive insights, and uncover opportunities. Use this analysis to make informed decisions and strategize future campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge and Application: Stay updated on PPC best practices and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness continually.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets meticulously to ensure funds are allocated optimally for maximum campaign impact.
  • Reporting and Insights: Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable strategies for future initiatives.
  • Required Experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including specific experience with Performance Max, Regular Shopping, and Dynamic Product Search Ads. English level: Upper Intermediate — Advanced
  • Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and familiarity with SA360.
  • Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work dynamically and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Enhanced Campaign Performance: Directly manage and refine PPC campaigns to increase conversion rates and optimize for ROI. Implement and manage margin bidding strategies effectively to maximize profitability.
  • Ads Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences, driving engagement and conversions. Ensure ad copy aligns with overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
  • Assets Creation: Develop and design creative assets for campaigns, including visuals and multimedia components, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and contribute to campaign goals.
  • Keyword Clusterization: Conduct extensive keyword research and organize keywords into clusters that enhance targeting and improve campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Groups and Audience Creation: Build and refine target groups and audiences to ensure that campaigns are reaching the most relevant users, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Campaigns Building: Construct and launch detailed PPC campaigns from scratch, including setting up all required parameters, audiences, and goals in line with strategic objectives.
