Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Epicflow is a resource management solution that was designed for global enterprises who seek to build an efficient multi-project environment. We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team of 9 to help us fuel the pipeline with high-quality leads.

Our customers are tech and engineering companies of 100+ employees in the US and European markets, so having an experience with a similar ICP would be a plus.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Implementing and managing lead generation workflows using tools such as Snov.io, Apollo, Clay, Make.com;
• Data research and data enrichment;
  
• Analyzing and optimizing automated workflows to improve performance and efficiency;
  
• Maintaining clear records of automation activities and reporting on KPIs;
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to lead generation tools and integrations.
  

Experience and skills required:

• Proven track record with at least 4 years of experience in lead generation or relevant experience;
• Hands-on experience with Snov.io, Apollo, Clay, Make.com, Reply.io, Expadi, or similar;
  
• Strong understanding of data research, data enrichment, and automation processes in a marketing context;
  
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with various digital tools and platforms;
  
• Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach platforms, and CRM software;
  
• Background in IT / SaaS / B2B;
  
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
