- Fill out application forms, gather documents from internal departments, register back offices, etc.;
- Support daily relations with providers and clients, communicate with their internal teams;
- Create integration tasks and provide all necessary information to start integration to the product manager and developer;
- Support the KYC and compliance process during application in both ways, adjusting the company's website to meet the provider's requirements;
- Assist a financial team and operations team in escalating their requests to the provider's management and Team Lead;
- Negotiate with current providers for fees and conditions favorable to the company;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as antifraud, operation, and development to ensure seamless coordination and alignment;
- Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction;
- Ensure a high level of client service, support other stakeholders and resolve clients' complaints and concerns promptly and effectively;
- Manage correspondence with Payment Providers regarding KYC and legal aspects in case of a change of Legal entity on the client's side.
- 3+ years as an account manager or similar position in PSP or payments;
- Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
- Experience in communication with foreign customers or providers;
- Understanding of KYC and compliance procedures;
- Knowledge of what is corporate cash flow, income, expenses, online payments technical integrations, funnels, and flows;
- Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user.
