We’re looking for an Assistant Technical Project Managerto join our team who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable sprint stories while maintaining alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.This role bridges the gap between technical requirements and project execution, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Managers to break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories and technical tasks for agile sprints.
Facilitate grooming sessions with development teams to ensure stories are appropriately sized and technically feasible.
Document technical dependencies, constraints, and acceptance criteria for each story.
Monitor sprint progress and proactively identify potential blockers before they affect delivery.
Support sprint planning and retrospective meetings with technical insights.
Maintain and update project documentation, including technical specifications and implementation details.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software development or technical project management.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Basic understanding of software development and architecture.
Strong analytical skills to address complex development challenges.
Strong English (B2+) skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in a bridging role between technical and project management teams.
