Manual QA Engineer(with Hardware experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform software and hardware testing of network storage devices
• Develop and execute manual tests for software and hardware components
• Analyze and report bugs with clear communication with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Prepare and deliver regular testing status reports
• Participate in client and team meetings to align on requirements and updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing of software and networking hardware
• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, DNS) and configurations
• Proficiency with major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Unix)
• Knowledge of storage systems (NAS, DAS, Thunderbolt, RAID, S3) and file systems
• Understanding of RAID arrays
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports)
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and hardware documentation
• At least Intermediate English Level (both written and spoken)

Nice to have: 

• Experience in performance and load testing
• Desktop application testing experience
