We are looking for an experienced R&D Product Owner / Project Manager to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge products and technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, and ensuring that products meet business needs and are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with R&D teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to manage product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product management or project management, with a focus on R&D or technology products.
Strong experience in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in managing Agile teams.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering value and meeting deadlines.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and project tracking software.
Background in technology or engineering is a plus, particularly in areas such as AI, ML, cloud, or IoT.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
