Receptionist (fixed-term contract)

The position offers employment under a one-year labor contract with the possibility of extension.

Your mission will be to create and maintain a comfortable working environment for more than 100 specialists. Together with the office management team, you will handle various tasks, from addressing individual employee requests to ensuring the overall functionality of the office.

This position requires on-site work in our Warsaw office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling employee requests at the reception;
• Searching for suppliers of goods and services and placing orders;
• Managing primary accounting documentation;
• Handling correspondence;
• Maintaining constant communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Our Expectations:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs);
• Upper-Intermediate level of Polish;
• Upper-Intermediate level of Ukrainian;
• Intermediate+ level of English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to process and structure large amounts of information;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Results-oriented mindset.

Would Be an Advantage:

• Experience in a similar or other administrative role;
• Experience in supplier sourcing and communication.
