The User Acquisition Operations Manager will support the teams by managing and optimizing operational processes related to user acquisition. This role focuses on ensuring smooth campaign and day -to-day routine execution, tracking, compliance, and performance analysis to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to details, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to help scale marketing efforts effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Fraud Detection and Deductions: Collaborate with internal teams and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) to flag and deduct fraudulent traffic from activities

- New Partners Onboarding process: Manage the technical onboarding process for new UA partners, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met

- End-of-Month Routines: Collect, verify, and process monthly costs from partners, ensuring accurate reconciliation against internal tracking systems- Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies and manage payment timelines

- Creative Uploads to UA Campaigns: Manage the uploading of creative assets to various ad platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs) following naming conventions and guidelines

- Tracking Active Tickets: Monitor and track active tickets related to campaign performance, platform issues, and internal requests

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions and escalations when necessary

- Exporting Reports and Data Analysis: Export campaign performance reports from platforms and internal dashboards upon request and analyze complex data 

Requirements:

- 2+ in user acquisition operations, digital marketing, or ad tech within the mobile gaming industry

- Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads)

- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau

- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com) is advantageous

- Fluent English

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
