As a Senior Content Writer at Xenoss, you will own and execute the creation of high-impact content that drives engagement, builds authority, and supports our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with executive, marketing, and technical teams to develop a range of strategic content for earned, owned, and paid platforms. You’ll have a direct impact on brand voice, lead generation, and positioning within the B2B tech market.
Your core focus will be crafting in-depth, audience-driven content that reflects deep understanding of our services and communicates them with clarity and influence.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Research and write high-quality content in various formats: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, email campaigns, website copy, guest posts, brochures, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the editorial calendar aligned with business goals and buyer journeys.
- Optimize content for SEO and user intent, using keyword research and analytics tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to extract subject matter expertise and turn it into compelling stories.
- Support internal content needs (e.g., sales enablement, product launches, thought leadership materials).
- Collaborate with designers to visually enhance written content.
Editorial Quality & Consistency
- Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all content types and channels.
- Edit and review content from other contributors to maintain high editorial standards.
- Apply link-building and content seeding best practices to increase distribution and visibility.
Research & Insight Development
- Conduct in-depth topic research, including competitor analysis and audience pain points.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate timely, relevant insights into content.
- Analyze performance of content assets and use data to inform future strategy.
- 3–5 years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or content strategist in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to write across content types and channels.
- Excellent command of English (Advanced/Fluent) with impeccable writing and editing skills.
- Proficient in SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and analytics tools.
- Adept at transforming complex technical ideas into compelling and digestible content.
- Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and open to constructive feedback.
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across various teams.
- Experience supporting PR initiatives and writing press materials.
- Familiarity with brand voice development and messaging frameworks.
- Exposure to demand generation and content funnel strategies.
- Background in journalism or B2B editorial work is a strong plus.
