The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer with a specialization in AI-powered marketing and sales automations.
As a part of our Marketing team, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to build, deploy, and scale intelligent (AI driven) automations that will improve our go-to-market strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered automations to streamline activities related to sales and marketing, including:
● Personalized outreach based on prospect data and behavior
● Automated content generation for SEO and marketing campaigns
● Analysis of sales interactions to deliver tailored demo recommendations
● Intelligent lead scoring and routing based on engagement patterns
● Integrate AI tools with various platforms (HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, etc.) to create end-to-end solutions
● Develop documentation and governance frameworks for AI automations
● Monitor automation performance and optimize for improved efficiency and effectiveness
● Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify new automation opportunities
● Maintain best practices for prompt engineering across different AI platforms
Required Qualifications
● Excellent and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
● 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, sales operations, or development or similar technical role
● Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
● Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
● Experience with using AI tools for development
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with web development fundamentals and REST API integrations
● Experience with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and understanding of prompt engineering
● Knowledge of marketing/sales platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, etc.
● Knowledge of conversational design and natural language processing concepts
● Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and sales processes
● Understanding of data privacy regulations and AI governance principles
