What experience is required and what kind of person are we looking for?
— 1 year of work experience as an Office Manager, Assistant, Admin or related position;
— Polish language: level B1;
— We are looking for a proactive person — able to anticipate the CEO’s needs and find opportunities to optimize his time;
— With excellent organizational and communication skills;
— Able to multitask effectively and be able to quickly find solutions in stressful situations;
— Able to multitask effectively and correctly prioritize daily tasks;
— Able to effectively manage time.

Areas of responsibility:
— Fulfilling tasks from business CEOs (from gifts for business partners to organizing complex logistics);
— Assistance in organizing business and personal trips (booking tickets, hotels, transfers, organizing small business events (from meetings with partners to participating in conferences), searching and booking restaurants, generating leisure ideas);
— Analysis of information according to CEO requests and its structuring;
— Searching and generating gift ideas for business partners, colleagues, friends, etc.
