In this role, you'll be diving into the world of AI, creating innovative solutions for our Microsoft Dynamics clients. You’ll be using Microsoft’s AI services to automate tasks, boost decision-making, and streamline business processes. Whether it’s integrating AI into Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps like Business Central, Dynamics GP, or developing smarter workflows, your work will help clients elevate their business operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Designing and building AI solutions from scratch, using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, and integrating them with Microsoft Dynamics (like D365 Business Central and Dynamics GP).
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand client goals, then turning those into AI models and applications that work seamlessly with Dynamics systems.
- Working hands-on with Azure AI Studio (Foundry) and Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop and optimize AI agents that align with client needs.
- Diving into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, pulling in data from various sources to improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Documenting everything—technical architectures, AI designs, and integration processes—so internal teams and clients are always on the same page.
- Supporting the AI project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring smooth deployment and offering post-launch training and support for users.
- Staying on top of the latest AI trends and technologies, continuously learning to bring fresh ideas into your work.
- Troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring that your AI models integrate flawlessly into larger business systems.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- HUGE bonus points for Microsoft certifications like Azure AI Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or something similar.
Professional Expertise:
- Experience designing and building AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Search, etc.).
- Hands-on experience engineering AI agents using Azure AI Studio (Foundry) and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- A solid understanding of prompt engineering and how it works with large language model-based solutions.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Strong coding skills in Python and C#.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MLOps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
- Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation.
- A strong knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Experience with solution architecture design and technical documentation.
You will stand out if you have:
- Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Development experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, F&O (F&SC), Dynamics GP, or other similar Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 migrations from on-premise to the cloud.
- A solid understanding of the full Microsoft ecosystem and how to integrate and customize it.
