We are seeking a skilled and motivated Middle Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, deliver high-quality code, and help drive the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related Salesforce development tools.

Experience with Visualforce and Aura Components to support legacy system parts.

Hands-on experience with various Salesforce integration approaches including REST/SOAP APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.

Expertise in managed package development and AppExchange publishing processes.

Experience of controlling delivery including code reviews, deployments, and release management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

English level: Intermediate +

Would be a plus:

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

Azure DevOps or Jira experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members/ Products Teams/ Salesforce Consultants/ Support and Customer Success Team to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and Products.

Provide guidance during the evaluation of business requirements and how they can be met with either point-and-click configuration or code and customization.Design, develop and deploy solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Plan and execute the packaging of solutions ensuring smooth delivery to end clients.

Ensure a solution is delivered at high quality according to industry best practices.

Customize Salesforce applications by configuring and creating custom objects, fields, formulas, flows to support major implementation.

Professionally develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages (for legacy support), and Apex classes/triggers.

Actively collaborate with development teams and product owners to create seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.

Participate in implementation, take ownership of your own tasks, and oversee the tasks of your team.

Contribute to the knowledge growth of the Salesforce practice through documenting and sharing best practices.

Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement new functionalities.
