Junior Shopify Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Shopify Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. You’ll work on building and customizing modern Shopify store fronts using Liquid, React, and Shopify’s latest technologies, including Hydrogen and Shopify Functions.This is a great opportunity for a developer with a solid frontend background to grow their expertise in Shopify and server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks while working on exciting international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts using Liquid and React

- Build custom themes and extend existing ones based on design and project specifications

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences

- Work with APIs (REST and GraphQL) to integrate external services and data

- Optimize performance across desktop and mobile browsers

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues in a timely manner

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Hydrogen, Remix, or other SSR frameworks

- Familiarity with Shopify Functions, custom apps, or Shopify Admin APIs

- Understanding of e-commerce UX best practices

- Basic knowledge of backend (Node.js or Shopify App development)

- Experience working in agile teams or with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
