We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad content.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.
- Create detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in paid advertising.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance ad campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs like high ROAS and low CPA.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and preferably LinkedIn, TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel.
- Excellent written and spoken English.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
- Experience promoting tech, AI, IoT, or mobile apps in US/Canadian markets.
- Familiarity with creative briefs and funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of ad compliance policies (Meta, Google).
