We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent systems that make our internal teams more productive and our customer experiences smarter and more dynamic.

Your primary mission will be to leverage large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools to automate internal workflows—freeing up our staff to focus on higher-impact work across customer service, operations, sales, and marketing. You’ll also help shape the future of customer-facing AI applications, from conversational sales agents to real-time support copilots, transforming how fans discover, explore, and purchase unforgettable live event experiences.

This is a hands-on engineering role with strategic impact, helping us stay at the forefront of applied AI in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

● Internal Process Automation & Productivity Tools

- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation across customer service, operations, marketing, and sales- Build and maintain AI agents and internal copilots using tools like LangChain, n8n, and Bedrock- Integrate AI into staff workflows (e.g. CRM, ticket fulfilment, dashboards) through APIs and integrations

● Customer-Facing AI Applications

- Design and develop AI-powered agents that support customers in product discovery, purchase decisions, and checkout (e.g. sales chatbots, recommendation engines)- Build intelligent customer service assistants for automated responses, issue triage, and escalation handling- Integrate LLM-based features into our e-commerce website and mobile app, such as natural language search, conversational FAQs, and personalized content delivery- Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure AI-driven interactions feel intuitive, helpful, and on-brand- Monitor and optimize customer-facing agents for accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction- Explore new frontiers of AI-assisted user experience (e.g. AI ticket booking assistants, voice interfaces, or cross-sell copilots)

● Architecture & Infrastructure- Architect and deploy scalable services with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS- Develop microservices and APIs to serve LLM-powered tools securely and efficiently- Build and maintain MCP-based context servers (Model Context Protocol)- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services- Ensure compliance and data security in internal automation

● Innovation & Collaboration- Partner with internal stakeholders to map workflows and define pain points- Prototype AI-driven solutions and iterate based on usage and impact- Stay current on LLM and agentic tooling to continuously enhance internal systems.

Must have experience in Python web-development with modern tools and frameworks, experience with practical LLM implementation, with RAG and vector databases.

Will be a huge plus: AWS toolset (especially ML-ones) experience.
