Currently, we are looking for an experienced Technical Artist to join us on a full-time basis at our Warsaw office (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

We’re looking for a Technical Artist to be the bridge between art and code—the one who makes sure things look great and run smoothly. You’ll help bring assets to life in Unity, build pipelines that keep things efficient, and push the boundaries of what’s possible on mobile devices.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both the technical and the creative side of development. If you love solving tricky problems, optimizing visuals, and finding smart solutions for art implementation, you’ll fit right in.

Our Customer is a newly founded game studio led by industry veterans. Their goal is clear: to create a game that players love, one that redefines the genre and achieves strong financial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Own the setup and integration of art assets, animations, and VFX in Unity.

● Develop and optimize shaders, VFX, and graphical systems for performance and polish.

● Work closely with artists and developers to make sure things not only look amazing, but also perform.

● Build or improve tools and pipelines to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

● Debug and solve technical issues that pop up during production.

● Contribute to the visual quality of the game by enhancing gameplay with effects, transitions, and polish.

Who You Are

● You’ve worked as a Technical Artist or similar role for 3+ years in game development.

● Strong Unity skills—you are comfortable with animation controllers, lighting, compression, and the UI system.

● You understand the full 3D asset pipeline and have experience importing, setting up, and troubleshooting

assets.

● Comfortable with C# scripting—you can build tools, automate tasks, or tweak behaviors as needed.

● You have experience writing or editing shaders (HLSL/Cg or node-based).

● A creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of art and engineering.

● Detail-oriented with a passion for optimization, polish, and performance.

Bonus Points

● Experience with profiling and optimizing graphics on mobile platforms.

● Familiarity with tools like Blender, Maya, Houdini, or custom rigging/animation setups.

Experience modifying Unity’s graphics pipeline or extending the Editor.

● A strong eye for visual quality—VFX, animation polish, lighting, and beyond.
