Procurement Manager

We are giftmall, a distributor of gift certificates and a developer of IT solutions for managing corporate rewards for employees, partners, and clients in Ukraine and Europe.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Procurement Manager with knowledge of Polish to help expand our operations in the Polish market.

What you need to join us:

• Polish language — Intermediate+ or higher.
• Ukrainian — fluent
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, category management, or related fields.
• Understanding of procurement and warehouse operations.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with CRM / ERP systems.
• Organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Stock control, turnover analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Calculating procurement needs based on sales analytics, seasonality, and demand forecasts.
• Preparing and timely sending orders to suppliers in accordance with agreed cooperation terms.
• Communicating with partners and suppliers, managing all stages of supply: from order creation to product delivery to the warehouse.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
• Regularly monitoring the validity of stored certificates and organizing renewals if needed.
