Requirements:
— 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or Visual Designer (ideally in high-velocity digital products)
— Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, UX/UI, and marketing/growth design work
— Experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or other regulated verticals is a strong plus
— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects is a bonus)
— Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
— English proficiency — upper intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain the visual identity of the product (logo, brandbook, color system, typography)
— Design intuitive and engaging UX/UI flows: onboarding, cashier, gameplay, user profile, promotions
— Create marketing and CRM assets: banners, slot covers, promotional visuals, email templates
— Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, CRM and Marketing teams
— Ensure consistency across all design touchpoints and user interfaces
— Contribute to product decisions with a user-centric, data-informed mindset
