Requirements:

— Proven experience as a Recruiter in the Gambling vertical for 2+ years.

— Successful headhunting track record.

— Demonstrated ability to implement creative hiring strategies (not just posting vacancies in Telegram and hoping for a miracle).

— Proven success in hiring top talent for key positions in the iGaming/Gambling industry: Head of Retention, Analytics Manager, Payments Manager, Affiliate Manager, Media Buyer.

— High energy and a strong desire to become the best in your craft.

Responsibilities:

— Identifying hiring needs and developing talent acquisition strategies.

— Actively sourcing candidates through all possible channels and conducting interviews (we’re ready to fly to the ends of the earth for the perfect hire!).

— Personally leading the hiring process for key roles.

— Managing recruitment costs and controlling budgets.

— Analyzing key performance metrics and preparing reports.
