We’re expanding our presales team and looking for a motivated Presales Manager to help shape winning technical solutions for our clients.
This role is a great fit for someone with a technical background who is ready to switch from QA, Project Management, or Delivery into a more strategic, client-facing position.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
-Own the presales process: from client discovery to final proposal.
-Engage with potential clients to understand their business and technical needs.
-Collaborate with internal teams (developers, architects, PMs) to design tailored software solutions.
-Lead proposal creation — from team composition to timelines and budgets.
-Present technical solutions to clients and support the sales team during negotiations.
-Ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery, with clear documentation and expectations.
-Stay on top of market trends and competitors to sharpen our proposals.
✅ We’re Looking For:
-A technical background (QA, PM, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or related).
-Experience in software development projects, even if not directly as a developer.
-Readiness to transition into a presales role and grow into client-facing responsibilities.
-Strong communication and presentation skills — both technical and business-oriented.
-Ability to manage cross-functional teams during the proposal stage.
