We are building a next-generation B2B Sportsbook platform — ultra-fast, deeply customizable for multiple global regions, and powered by AI-driven personalization.
The Head of Sportsbook will be responsible for defining, building, and continuously improving our sportsbook product, ensuring it meets market needs, delivers world-class performance, and drives operator success.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will be involved in everything from designing market offerings to setting operational processes and collaborating directly with feed providers, internal teams, and operator clients.
- 5+ years in sportsbook product management or related roles
- Deep understanding of global sports, leagues, and betting markets, with proven ability to identify high-value opportunities
- Familiarity with sportsbook architecture, latency optimization, scalability principles, and data feed integration (e.g., Genius Sports)
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of licensing and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, with strong cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the sportsbook product roadmap in line with company vision and market opportunities
- Identify and prioritize sports, leagues, markets, and bet types to include
- Work closely with the Architect to ensure the platform is designed for low latency, scalability, and customization
Market & Odds Management
- Set policies for odds sourcing, margin configuration, and market availability
- Oversee integration and optimization of data feeds (Genius Sports initially, expanding to others)
- Design and implement per-operator and per-segment margin strategies
Risk & Trading Oversight
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to define rules, bet limits, and automated alerts
- Establish trading policies that balance operator profitability with player engagement
Operator Enablement
- Work with the CMS and UI teams to define the tools operators need for front-end customization by region
- Create onboarding processes for new operators, including training on odds, risk, and promotional tools
Performance & Compliance
- Monitor sportsbook KPIs (latency, uptime, bet acceptance rates) and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements in target markets (Brazil, India, CIS, Europe, Asia)
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead the sportsbook team (traders, analysts, risk managers) as the platform scales
- Act as the main point of contact for sportsbook-related matters across Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams
