We are looking for a hands-on technical specialist to help our recruitment team adopt and scale AI-driven processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automation, AI agents, and workflow optimization who wants to make a measurable impact in how recruiting teams operate.
You will work closely with our recruiters to analyze current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design AI-driven solutions (e.g., sourcing, candidate pre-screening, interview scheduling, reporting). Your focus will be on building practical, scalable AI processes that improve speed, efficiency, and quality of hires.
- Proven experience in process automation, AI agents, or workflow optimization (ideally within HR/Recruitment but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make, RPA solutions, or custom scripting (Python/JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, or similar) and their practical applications in business workflows.
- Experience integrating APIs and automating cross-platform processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map and redesign workflows.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical setups into simple steps for non-technical users.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tech stack.
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Ability to prototype chatbots or conversational AI for candidate interaction.
- Audit existing recruitment workflows and identify areas for AI/automation implementation.
- Design, build, and configure AI agents and automation pipelines to support recruiters in sourcing, candidate communication, and data management.
- Integrate AI tools with our existing ATS, CRM, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft suite, Teams).
- Research and validate new AI tools and recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Provide guidelines, documentation, and quick training for recruiters to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor, measure, and improve implemented processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
