🎯 Job DescriptionAs a Junior Product/Project Associate, you’ll support our Senior Product & Project Manager in both strategic and operational tasks, while leveraging your copywriting expertise to drive content initiatives.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Senior Product & Project Manager.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered tools to generate and edit content for newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Assist in daily project operations, including task tracking, budget monitoring, and scheduling.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Take initiative in assigned projects to grow management skills and prepare for leading a small team (2–5 people).

📌 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content management, or managing copywriters.
• Familiarity with project management tasks (task tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and willingness to adopt new tools.
• Friendly, collaborative personality with ambition to grow into leadership.
